Knowledge Management Strategy, Innovation, and Performance in Small Business Enterprise in Indonesia

A business should be able to achieve competitive advantage due technology development in industry 4.0. The digital could relied on sustain economic growth and encourage equity for small enterprise reach more markets profit, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, while at same time accomplish by having strong infrastructure, creating sharing knowledge, formulating strategic decision making, innovation. research aimed provide view about knowledge management strategies that specifically testing both codification personalization, their consequences innovation performance enterprise. Data were collected from 46 enterprises Indonesia through online questionnaires, analysed using structural equation modelling. results reveal strategies—codification personalization—have impacts performances directly indirectly increase capability. It is considered will help establish a good strategy obtain better profit specific condition environment.
